1. No Return & No Refund Policy

At Shop Noeira, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy. Once an order has been successfully placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

We kindly request customers to carefully review product details, descriptions, and measurements before making a purchase.


2. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Defective product received
• Incorrect item delivered

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preferences
• Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting
• Incorrect order placement by the customer


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To request an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the very beginning.

The video must:

• Start before opening the sealed package
• Clearly show the shipping label and package condition
• Be continuous without cuts, pauses, or edits
• Clearly display the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

 Claims raised without a proper unboxing video from start to finish will not be accepted under any circumstances.


4. Exchange Request Timeline

* Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
* Requests raised after 48 hours may not be considered.

To request an exchange, please contact us with:

• Order ID
• Clear unboxing video
• Photos of the issue


5. Product Condition for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unused
• The item must be in original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be intact

Products showing signs of usage or damage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.


6. Exchange Approval

Once your request is verified and approved by our team:

• An exchange will be processed for the same product or a similar available item.
• Shop Noeira reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy requirements.


7. Shipping Charges for Exchange

In approved exchange cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Shop Noeira will guide the customer regarding the exchange shipping process.
